Reserve Our Space
Union Congregational Church is pleased to make our facilities available for community events, but all users must agree to the full use guidelines, including the following:
- Church events take priority. Even after a reservation is made, funerals or memorial services may require us to reschedule or relocate your event.
- Children and youth must be supervised. In line with our Safe Church Policy, at least two adults must be present at all times for any children’s activity, and every child must be under direct supervision.
- Liability insurance is required. A certificate of insurance naming Union Congregational Church as “additional insured” must be provided before your reservation is finalized.
- Apply early. Because of high demand for space, applications should be submitted at least one month in advance to allow time for processing and paperwork.
- Renters are responsible for care of the space. You must leave rooms, kitchens, and furnishings clean and secure. Additional fees apply if custodial clean-up is required.
- No alcohol or tobacco are permitted anywhere on church property.
- Payment is due in advance. All fees must be paid no later than two weeks before your event.
