The Reverend Dr. Robert Marrone

Pastor

Pastor Bob brings a compassionate spirit, a love of art, and a deep commitment to community. Originally from New York and New Jersey, he came to New Hampshire in 1982 to attend Keene State College, where he met his wife Jodi. Together, they raised their family in Winchester and followed God’s call into ministry.
After earning his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Andover Newton Theological School, Pastor Bob served for 11 years in Monson, MA, before joining UCC Peterborough. His doctoral work focused on how visual elements enrich worship, reflecting his background as an artist.

Cathy Harvey

Organist, Music Director, and Choir Director

Cathy brings decades of experience as a music educator and community advocate. She’s taught across the country and served on local boards, including school, library, and CASA. Cathy leads our Senior Choir and collaborates on seasonal concerts and worship planning. She currently represents her district in the New Hampshire House of Representatives and enjoys outdoor adventures with her large family.

Handbell Choir Director

Carele directs the Union Tower Ringers, our handbell choir. With energy and warmth, she helps ringers of all ages bring music to life in worship.

Administrative Assistant

Lan supports the church office, pastor, and congregation with a joyful spirit and a global perspective. She’s lived and worked in Boston, Seattle, Vietnam, Tokyo, and NYC—and now calls Peterborough home.

Sunday School Coordinator

Emily has coordinated our Sunday School since 2013 and is a longtime member of UCC. During the week, she teaches middle school English. She loves reading, growing in faith, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Buddy.

Rick keeps our space clean, safe, and ready for worship, fellowship, and events. From setting up for Sunday to caring for the church building, Rick’s work is essential behind the scenes.
